91 Days: Akeem Dent's Favorite Number

This is Dent's turf...

Today's one of those days where I had to get a little creative. I know, I know... that's a tall task for someone such as myself, but sometimes you just have to step your game up.

Since we don't have anyone currently on the roster who sports the 91, there's no player to profile this morning. Other than a couple of random math tricks, the number ninety-one isn't really that interesting. Some random facts about the number (just so you know it's a pretty bland one):

  • It's the ISBN identifier for books published in Sweden.
  • 91 cents equals the sum of all of the denominations of coins less than a dollar. So, if you happen to have a penny, a nickel, a dime, a quarter, and a half-dollar in your pocket right now, you have 91 cents.
  • Interstate 91 is a highway that runs from Connecticut to Vermont and US Route 91 is a thoroughfare that winds through Utah to Idaho.
  • The atomic number of protactinium, which is one of the rarest and most expensive elements that is naturally occurring. Due to this and its highly toxic and radiologic qualities, protactinium really has no uses outside of scientific research.
Now that you're thoroughly bored, there is one reason that a former Dawg loves the number 91. Akeem Dent had his number called with the 91st pick this year by Falcon's legend, Jessie Tuggle. If you care to take a look at the video CLICK THE SCREENSHOT BELOW.

  1. 91..... as in the Dawgs are 9-1 against tek under Mark Richt.

  2. How about for every 9 attempts at a successful offensive drive by coach Bobo only 1 prevailed last year lol. Hope he does better this year and on a good not I would say 9 out of 10 abs he has trained turned out good so that gives him a 9 and 1 reacord
